POHC Delivery Program

One of the support options we have created for our residents is a partnership between our residents and our Raised Bed Owners. This partnership includes on-site produce pick up with the option for offsite delivery. This program is designed to foster independence for the residents while providing value and connection with our community.

In partnership with our Raised Bed Garden Program, we have created a Delivery Program for our residents that focuses on forging strong partnerships and collaboration on and off-site, locally and as a model for the autistic community nationwide. This is the soul of our our organization and engages family and community to develop support options which include:

  • Supports life skills and vocational training.
  • A loving supportive home base from which they can access community.
  • A network of mutual support systems where families help families and neighbors help neighbors.
